Previously, the only options were to run your car on expensive higher octane fuel, getting your vehicle decarbonised with detrimental solvents, or perhaps adding one of the many questionable octane bossters.

However none of these options are satisfactory as some have questionable long term effects, and all work out to be expensive in either the ong or short term.

The new Ubiee PowerPill Fe-3, does however offer a viable and economical alternative. Ubiee PowerPill Fe-3 acts in two ways to combat the problem Firstly as it dissolves, Ubiee PowerPill safely increases the octane by 1 to 4 points depending on the grade of fuel. Secondly, Ubiee PowerPill works rapidly to decrease your engines octane appetite by between 2 to 8 points. As a result there is a dual action of a slight rainsing of the octane level and a reduction of your vehicles octane appetite.

Of course this means that all the other benefits become bonus extras. It should also be noted that Ubiee PowerPill will dissolve completely and will not melt if you leave the packet conveniently in your glovebox, even in our Australian summers. Exhaust Emissions Tests conducted in 1998 by the Swedish laboratory Rototest on 84 different models, showed that on some new cars as well as old cars, exhaust emissions continue to be a problem.

The research included testing for hydrocarbons, (including carcinogens such as benzine and smog producing volatile organic compounds), poisonous carbon monoxide and oxides of nitrogen which worsen asthma and contribute to acid rain and smog.

The above graphs show the average results of 30 engine tests using US Highway Cycle Protocol conducted by Technischer Uberwachungsverein (TUV). The first column represents regular fuel whilst the second column represents fuel treated with Ubiee PowerPill . The results as shown in the graphs, clearly show the value of UBIEE Ubiee PowerPill, in reducing dangerous exhaust emissions.

Combustion Chamber Deposits

Leaded fuel provides a small lead deposit in the combustion chamber of an engine, this coating helps in reducing carbon deposits in and around both the combustion chambers and exhaust valves.

Now due to the gradual withdrawal of leaded fuel and the decreasing amounts of lead in the soon to disappear leaded fuel, engines are experiencing a build up ofcarboiz, the results of which are negative affects on engine performance. Ubiee PowerPill combats this on two fronts.

The first of which is by removing the existing build up of carbon in the engine. This results in a reduction of the vehicles octane requirement, therefore restoring the cars engine power. The second way that Ubiee PowerPill fights carbon, is by eliminating the formation of the deposits.

As you would be aware, all fuel contains sulphur, when the sulphur mixes with the always present water condensate in our fuel, it forms sulphuric acid. This is the very same acid responsible for much of your engine wear. The problem then arises when the acid works on the fuel, leaving behind unsightly and unwanted lacquers and glazes, which when heated and burnt inside the combustion chamber leaves behind a carbon residue.

By working on a molecular level, Ubiee PowerPill prevents the sulphur and water condensate from mixing and forming sulphuric acid. The result is that because the lacquers are not formed neither are the carbon deposits. So, basically Ubiee PowerPill eliminates existing carbon deposits and prevents the formation of new deposits inside the engine.

The above graph shows the results of a test using data accumulated from 80,OOOKm. The test was conducted by SAE International -The Society for Advanced Mobility, Land, Sea, Air and Space. The test indicated an immediate improvement in fuel economy upon the addition of Ubiee PowerPill . As the graph indicates the mileage improved from 23.1 to 25.03, being an improvement of 8.4%. This represents a significant cost saving.

Due to Ubiee PowerPills ability to boost the octane rating of fuel, reduce carbon contamination of the combustion chamber and significantly reduce exhaust emissions leads directly to greatly improved fuel economy, because the fuel is burnt more efficiently.

Lead Substitute / Valve Recession

Leaded petrol, is becoming more expensive all the time when compared directly to other fuels. The reason for this is quite simple, the federal government is attempting to "wean" consumers off the use of leaded petrol. Very soon if not already, leaded fuel will be withdrawn from the market. This has led to very real concerns about engine durability, this concern was recently verified in a joint report by the US Department of Agriculture and the Environmental Protection Agency. The report stated that medium and high speed engines with soft valve seats will experience excessive valve-seat wear if operated on unleaded petrol."

Due to this withdrawal of leaded petrol, many drivers will need to find a suitable conditioner or face the effects of engine damage and or reduced engine life. The most important factor to consider when looking at lead replacements, is its ability to protect against valve recession.

The above graph displays the results of testing of valve recession using different fuels. The tests were performed on a 3.8 litre, V6 engine with non-hardened exhaust valve seats. As can be seen, unleaded fuel with the addition of UBIEE Ubiee PowerPill Fe-3, gives virtually the same protection against valve recession as leaded petrol. Whereas the difference in results between unleaded fuel and both leaded and treated unleaded is quite remarkable.

Micro Ubiee PowerPill This small version of Ubiee PowerPill is designed to be used with small 2 and 4 stroke engines. TOYOTA

CORONA CAR -145,000 km

When we had the petrol changeover in early 1996, I did not trust the 96 and on recommendation changed to 91 unleaded. Immediately I lost power and was not impressed, however I did not have the difficulty that some had, by not changing to 91. Although I lost power I still kpt my kms per litre around 10/11.

In October, 1996 the Ubiee PowerPill was introduced and I commenced using it with:

Immediate increased power - as good or better than when I ran the car on 96.
Immediate starting when cold - summer and winter.
Clean burning and a grey exhaust pipe.
ON a recent test I achieved a 13.96 km per litre, wihich included hilly areas and straight runs on the open road.

In summary with the cost per pill at $2.50 each fillup, I quickly worked out that as long as I achieved and additional minimum 30 km per fill it was a win - win situation.

By using 91, compared with 96 I had on immediate saving of $0.05 per litre and over 45 litres this was a saving of $2.25 per fill and now with a futher saving of approx 3+ kms per litre over the same 45 litres = 135 km per fill to my credit. HOLDEN

BARINA CAR -75,000 km

We have run our Barina on 91 as was recommended from new. It has run on Ubiee PowerPill since October, 96 and as it is mainly is a town car we did not take exact notes of the fuel used per km travelled, however it appreared to travel for more days than prior to October, 1996.

We have recently completed two tests in different conditions in out of town running with results as follows:

More power both in the city and on the highways.
Good starting in all conditions and clean burning.
The following two tests are based on full tanks

A/ We were on main motorways.

401 km using just over 22.98 litres of 91 gave us 17.45 km per litre.

B/ The second trip a week later was on some open roads, 50 km of this mileage was in town and hill work in the Coromandl with some hill work in the lower gears, a good mixture overall and a fair comparison. 380 km using 23.06 litres gave us 16.47 km per litre.

Both cars were tuned at Christsmas and are due for a service now. When we completed the first service now. When we completed the first service after commencing Ubiee PowerPill, the respective garages made positive comments with regard to the filter. I was heartened by this comment as it proved the Ubiee PowerPill fuel conditioner was working and throughly cleaning the system.

In addition to using Ubiee PowerPill in our cars we also enjoy the same benefits in our motor mower and 9.9 Johnson outboard motor. Although it is more difficult to gauge the increased value per litre and power in both engines, there is a remarkable difference with the starting. Prior to using Ubiee PowerPill I would need to pull the cord to its full lengt, now I hardly pull in further than a third of its lenght.
